4 Tips for Planning Inclusive Corporate Trainings

No matter how busy your company might be, there is always a need for some training to help redirect and focus everyone on the same task. It might be that you have a need to teach everyone a new piece of technology or sales strategy, or you may desire to have a team-building exercise design to get everyone motivated to meet new growth projections. Whatever the case might be, you want each member of your corporate staff to feel welcome and valued at the training. You are going through a lot of time and expense to put this on, so make sure that you follow these four tips as you plan in inclusive corporate training.

Make Sure Your Videos Have Subtitles

Not everyone can hear audio equally well. This means that you will want to consider how you use videos in your training. Some people will only hear distortion, no matter how clear the actual video might be. To help alleviate any confusion, include readable subtext so that everyone can follow along even if they are not able to hear properly.
