Pushing yourself to work overtime is only going to lead to some major burnout. Allow yourself to have a life outside of your business.
Stay healthy
There are more than enough stereotypes floating around about entrepreneurs and business owners alike. This includes getting little to no sleep, no time to cook, no time to exercise, and eating convenient foods. Plus, there are other stereotypes like working weekends and having little to no interaction in their personal lives. This sounds super unhealthy, doesn’t it?
These are attributes that a workaholic has. Not all business owners are workaholics. But all workaholics live super unhealthy life. Both mental and physical health issues are guaranteed to go down the drain if health is bad. So always prioritize yourself. Make sure you’re getting 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night, make sure you’re nourishing your body with the right foods, keep active every day (at least 30 minutes), maintain healthy relationships with loved ones, and take time for yourself and for the things that make you happy.
